OXIDATIVE ASZU

It is the traditional Aszu. An oxidative wine and therefore its color, aroma and flavor evolve as a result of the maturation and aginItg of this wine exposed to the direct action of oxygen. Today Aszu and unlike the trend are golden wines, the barrels are fully filled and the wine does not oxidize and mature different way. . This Aszu oxidative is made of Furmint and Hárslevelú berries. 12 Alc.Vol. ,and 250-270 grms of sugar liter, natural sugar from its process. Its color is natural, dark mahogany .

At a pic attached it can be orserved the differences with Aszu 6 puttonyos. Aszu 6 puttonyos vs Oxidative Aszu, the most evidence its colour, and of course on nose and mouth.

This wine from a family has century-old traditions in viticulture and winemaking in Tokaj. Several generations and as owners of the best vineyards of the Tokaj for their quality located in this region originated 15 million years ago by different volcanic eruptions that give these soils their characteristic minerality and particular terroir.
